1. Acceptance

By creating an Arbitrage AI account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Arbitrage AI provides tools to assist resellers in evaluating auction lots, estimating resale values, and tracking profit. All data, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about actual resale prices or profitability.

3. Trial and subscription

• Free trials last 5 days (or 10 days if referred). No card is required
• After the trial, access to scanner, price intel, and drop-ship features requires a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly (£20) or annually (£150) via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the current period ends
• Refunds are at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for assistance

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data or AI outputs
• Use the platform for any illegal activity including fraud or handling stolen goods
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the platform through automated means beyond its intended use

5. Data accuracy

Price estimates, AI scores, and platform recommendations are generated algorithmically and may not reflect actual market conditions. Always verify with your own research before bidding on any lot. Arbitrage AI is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on platform data.

6. Tax guidance disclaimer

Content in the Guides section and any tax-related features is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax advice. Consult a qualified UK tax advisor for specific guidance on your situation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
